Humanity have been transforming from being animal-like beings towards a different grade of beings parallel to the terms of humanitarian values that have been distilled throughout our existence .
The word human, or humanitarian raises an expectation when its heard. This expectation refers to our timely and painfully earned values and social agreements in order to help to reduce human suffering in a human social order. In this article i will not express the triggers to this transformations but I will talk about what the transformations could lead for humanity.
These distilled values could be expressed by the practice of global human rights, education and justice systems that proved to create the best possible ambiance and harmony for all . Thus, reducing structural suffering. These human agreements when practiced efficiently in a human social structure, such as in the case of leading nations in terms of social harmony, possibly represent the best ecosystem that is plausible, today, for humanity.
In other words, the humanitarian concept is an evolving term and a perception which in return ,in the long run, and perhaps, could transform and improve the human social structure and ecosystem on a global level .
The driving factor of this evolving "term" is the existence human suffering and the actual risk of this structural suffering to be experienced by any nation and individual on the way. This fact creates the right conditions for these "human-like" values to continue to evolve.
However, the already established humanitarian values, and the existences of wars clashes in an unacceptable and ironic way.
Wars are inherited through the dynamics of natural selection and it is style in raising life on the planet Earth. This dominant law of nature has created the current maps of the national social structure of humanity .
Natural selection does not care about, or understand the humanitarian ways that our creativity could establish over natural laws of life . This new term represents our own separate evolution from the nature. It is humanity's personal journey within the nature and above it.
Nature demands wars, our evolved humanitarian senses demand justice, human rights and safety for all.
Where there are wars , it is not possible to talk about humanitarian things or subjects.
Today, on the 26th of January, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ordered Israel to take action to prevent the acts of genocide during the war of what Israel claims to pursue against Hamas militants in the Gaza Strip. However, it was short of calling for an immediate ceasefire.
The Israeli Prime Minister called the ruling a disgrace.
Unacceptable ironies are the fact of humanity's current social order. Furthermore, humanity is yet to be evolved to the form where we could really call human , a human.

One could clearly see the recent developments in global institutions. However, they are at a pretty immature state in the process of evolution and being significant in macro level regulations The increasing need for global safety and the risk of all human existence could create the right conditions to a more powerful global regulation system in the coming future.
During the intermediate stages of the evolution of humanitarian terms and its global operations , I expect to see the increasing presence and authority of global institutions over national authorities.
Today , it is absurd to expect significant effects for the decision ICJ took for the faith of the people of the war zones.
However, in the mature state of the evolution of the term humanitarian, and being more human-like , it is almost a must that the current national order of the human structure will be demolished.
Think now and clarify what is a real value, and what is just an outdated value.
National or religious values are doomed to fade, the real values that make us human will flourish and serve the dreams and past sufferings of humanity.
Unfortunately, the possibility to reach towards into a mature state of humanitarian state without a huge destructive 3rd world war seems a low possibility.
